FROM THE NEED TO THE CONCEPT
VUF Bikes is the outcome of a successful waste collection pilot project carried out over 24 months using cargo bikes. The aim of the project was to validate a technical solution for transporting large loads and volumes using bikes, specifically designed for urban professionals.
LOCAL PRODUCTION
The company's objective is to produce cargo bikes locally in order to limit the impact of production. All VUFs are designed and manufactured in France.
For us, the choice of “Made in France” manufacturing allows us to support and benefit from an industrial sector of excellence, while reducing the carbon footprint of our E-trikes. Since 2014, VUF Bikes has collaborated with more than twenty French SMEs to deploy cargo bikes on the market, 90% of the value of which is created in France.
