Common Questions
Yes, our bikes equipped with the Valeo Cyclee system have a reverse gear, which only works with the trigger. Bafang and Shimano engines do not offer reverse gear.
Yes, our bikes meet the EPAC standards for electric bikes, which allows them to ride on bike paths.
Yes with a valeo engine up to 18% of the slopes. With Bafang and Shimano around 15%.
Yes, we offer the possibility of customizing your e-trikes with the color of your choice for any order of more than 5 bikes. By default, our cargo bikes are matt black.
Yes, our bikes have a starting aid depending on the engine. Valeo and Bafang engines offer this feature with a trigger that complies with EPAC regulations, allowing you to reach up to 6 km/h. The Shimano engine does not offer this starting aid.
The VUF BIKES e trike offers better maneuverability in urban environments, thus reducing fuel and maintenance costs, while minimizing the ecological footprint compared to traditional commercial vehicles.
We have a network of VUF approved repairers throughout Europe capable of intervening in less than 24 hours.
All our bikes are guaranteed for 12 to 24 months depending on the parts.
